Pick-up
You must bring a second person to help load your goods into your vehicle as our Staff may not be
available to assist you at time of collection.
All products sold unpackaged and we recommend that adequate
packing & protection is brought with you when collecting your goods; please note the size of your purchase and arrange
a suitable vehicle or racking to suit.
Hours of Pick-up are:
8.30am
to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Delivery
Charges shown above are
based on one person delivering your purchase and we require you to provide another person at the delivery point to help unload
the goods.
If no one can assist in unloading (some glass panels are
50kg+) then a second person will be despatched at DOUBLE the delivery charges shown above.
If you organise somebody to be at the delivery point and they are not present at time
of arrival the driver will return to base and you will be charged a re-delivery fee.
You
will be given an 8am-noon or noon-4pm arrival window and
the driver will not call ahead unless a problem arrises.
Installation
We can have an installation person contact you to price your product
fitting requirements before or after purchase, you will need to provide them with your "Product Detail" and
"Post Code" .
They
can even come to your home to do a pre-purchase inspection and measure if required a charge
will apply.
Payment Methods
We accept, Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa,
Net Banking Transfers & cheques (with ABN or ACN); funds must be cleared before collection or delivery
of Goods.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which are
provided by the purchaser is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit
card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order and personal information
is not passed on to any persons or business unless lawfully required.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
All sales made are final and we do not refund on products purchased.
Payments made must be clear funds before products are dispatched or collected.
Prices quoted are those quoted on information supplied which may vary upon
check measure.
Claims on defective
or damaged goods (glass excluded) must be made within 10days of purchase in writing.
Goods being collected from our warehouse must be
viewed/inspected prior to loading in your vehicle and we accept no responsibility for damage during loading of goods into
your vehicle if we are asked to help.
Manufacturing/processing imperfections,
small scratches, handling/machining marks, painted/unpainted edges and panel deflection/bow are subject to
sale and are not accepted as claims of "defect" to any metals or glass products quoted on, purchased
and installed & are discounted accordingly.
All products showing prices on
this web site are sold on the basis of the purchaser supplying their own measurements to suit the particular product
advertised; we do not accept exchanges if products do not fit.
Purchaser is
to arrange their own pickup method for the goods purchased unless delivery is arranged via our delivery service.
Although we provide you with an "installation guide" upon full payment; it serves as
a guide only & we strongly recommend the engagement of a qualified glazier or shower screen installer to fit your product
safely & securely.
Although we refer you to installation persons it
is the purchasers onus to ensure the engagement of such persons is to their satisfaction and qualification.
Warranties offered are those offered by the manufacturers of component parts and are
subject to the terms of those warranties offered, which do not cover labour charges.
Warranty on installation is offered for 12 Months from date of installation & covers
disengagement of fixing, water passing between silicone sealed surface & fixture.
Warranty on 10mm
glass hardware is a "Limited Lifetime Warranty" offered by the manufacturer & covers corrosion & delamination
of plating; it does not include labour to remove & refit the item.
Water may
pass outside the screen under normal showering conditions and as such is not considered a fault or covered by any warranty
offered or implied above.
Glass breakage or damage is not covered by warranty at any time and we recommend extreme care
and caution when moving glass panels.

Acknowledging these conditions indemnifies
fast@ pty ltd and its third parties and employees from any claim as aresult of injury or death caused or created
as a result of the purchaser (or any person/s engaged by the purchaser) moving, installing or using the products
sold by fast@ Pty Ltd; liability is accepted by the purchaser at transfer of ownership (sale).
